Hi, I’m Alyssa!
I’m a 500-hour certified yoga teacher based in the Greater New York City area. My journey with wellness has changed throughout the stages of my life, and will continue to remain ever-changing - as will yours! As I grew older and life’s responsibilities began to pile on, I started to seek out a way to balance the demands of my high-intensity workouts, busy 9-5 corporate job and packed schedule. Yoga quickly became an anchor for me, helping me improve flexibility, reduce stress and find mental clarity both on and off the mat.
But I soon realized that wellness isn’t just about focusing on one practice—it’s about creating balance across all areas of life.
Now, I’m passionate about helping others, especially those juggling full plates or fast-paced lives, incorporate fitness, mindfulness, and self-care into their routines. I believe that true wellness comes from a combination of movement, mindset and having a purpose in life that drives and motivates you. Yoga can play a huge role in this, but so do mindful habits, healthy living practices, having ways to manage stress and continuously setting goals for yourself in order to procure a well-rounded wellness routine while leveling up in life—and you don’t have to choose one thing over another, but rather learn how to create the balance.
